For this Oude Kriekenlambik, we macerated organic sour cherries on lambik brewed with local organic cereals. We macerated these sour cherries for more than 7 months on young lambik and we blended with some more old lambik. In total we used 10 lambikken from 4 different barrels. The weighted average age of this blend is over 12 months. The fruit concentration is 40%
