Aged in Blackwater Peated Cherry Brandy and Rye Potstill barrels and blended before packaging, this beer offers a complex spicy aroma with notes of whiskey and pear and a white wine-like body that is both sweet and dry. The flavour is malty with hints of clove and cider, finishing with a warm whiskey note. Infused with pear juice and elderflower. Collab with our friends of Blackwater Distillery.
