In collaboration with our friends at To Øl, we've brewed a Sour DIPA using Riwaka, Motueka, and Citra hops, infused with fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. This smooth beer features a sharp citrus sourness perfectly balanced by a sweet background, with a flavour profile that highlights tart citrus zest and smooth vanilla. Despite its strength, the alcohol is well-masked, making it as drinkable as a 5% beer. Delish!

7/4/7/4/15 Big and thick and really, really fruity. Tons of passionfruit notes and some pineapple. It drinks way too easy for the ABV. I wish more people would brew sour NEIPAs, because the fruity hops + sour really works.

Interessante esperimento. Sourness citrica data dal limone (succo e scorza), bilanciata dalla dolcezza aromatica della vaniglia e il tutto intensificato dai luppoli NZ (Riwaka, Motueka e Citra). Gran bell'equilibrio. E l'alcool assolutamente invisibile
