An experimental IPA from Local using a new hop product from Barth Haas. The base is our usual pilsner malt, oats and wheat, fermented with British ale yeast. The Experiment comes in the dry hop stage where we used a new product to substitute hop pellets with the aim of a brighter hop character and reduced losses.
