Blend of young lambic macerated with cherries, matured in Bourbon whiskey barrels and cherrywine, infused with Bourbon vanille. A mixture of three varieties of organically grown cherries. After tasting, we decided to bottle/keg this blend pure, without refermentation. In this way we preserve the vinous character.
