Oud Bruin Oak Leaf is created by adding the leaves of oak trees to beer that has already aged on oak barrels for at least one year. The leaves are hand picked carefully in a local forest near the brewery. The late summer leaves give a woody taste and astringent mouth feel. The wild yeasts who live on the leaves, ferment the residual sugars in the beer into a whole range of complex and particularly organic aromas. Enjoy this unique beer and let your senses take you on a walk through the woods in autumn.
