Bourbon barrel-aged traditonal mead with wildflower honey. Traditional Tales is a limited series of barrel-aged traditionals where the barrel is the main author. Quality honey, booze and oak melds together to create a sweet, complex concoction made for sipping. ------------------------ Book of Bourbon (2022) ------------------------ Sweet, caramel-drizzled honey up-front, balanced by bourbon and slightly drying tannins. The honey takes your mind to a vibrant wildflower meadow, before vanilla, caramel and slightly boozy bourbon notes steals the show and lingers forever. Barrel origin: Buffalo Trace bourbon (11 months aging) Honey variety: Wildflower (Sveen Vestre - Løten) *The vintage year shows the harvest year of the honey*
