Fanal, single variety cherry mead (Spontaneously fermented and terroir-driven). No added water or yeast. Solely fermented from the yeast and bacteria naturally present on the cherries. The cherries had 14 days of skin contact, before only free-run juice was collected. ------------------------- 2023 -------------------------- Honey variety: Late-harvested wildflower honey that was exceptionally dark, caramelly and complex.
