Quite a lot of pastry notes on the nose but not so much in the taste. Notes of vanilla, spices, chocolate and dry roastiness in the finish. Some chocolate sauce, bourbon and cinnamon, hints of cocoa and rye. Pretty complex and balanced for a pastry stout

LCI : thanks a million Dougal S. Rory M. This was delicious! Had mini BA Abraxas vibes just because BA Abraxas had slightly more ancho chillies backbone . However greatly execute with immense barrel and light to medium cinnamon .
