This is the first stout brewed on the brand new church brewhouse. Double mashed, conditioned on Sri Lankan coconut, Geisha Village coffee and vanilla for 30 months in a single bourbon barrel.

Huge boozy sweet aroma, those flavours of coconut and vanilla very prominent, rich, sticky and oily, malty and sweet almost caramelly, such a smooth mouthfeel, that warming booze from from the bourbon barrel linger at the end - bloody brilliant!
