Saison Salamino was brewed in July 2023 with our great friends Begyle Brewing from Chicago. Brewed with Hunter Irish Barley, Raw Irish Wheat & Raw Irish Oats. Kettle Hopped & Dry Hopped with Petit Blanc from Locher Farms Germany. Co-Fermented in steel with Thiriez saison yeast & 200 litres of our young spontaneous beer. After primary fermentation the beer spent 7 days on pressed Salamino Grape skins. The skins came from grapes we received from Fangareggi winery in Italy. Bright Raspberry colour & some light tannin from the grape skins, Red berry, citrus/lemon, a beautiful refreshing spritz with a little bitter finish.
