This beer is pure booze. Like “whoops I’m hammered” boozy. Pure bourbon, plum, fig, date, cocoa, & prune on the nose & palate. More stewed, tannic purple fruit notes than sweetness, but hints of date are there. Syrupy, boozy finish. Shit sneaks up on you.
