A touch of cat pee but otherwise a very interesting blend. I don’t love wintergreen notes in my beers so I’m probably a little lower than I should be but I like the bitter orange and amaro flavors coming through.

I really enjoyed this one! The base beer was not super puckeringly sour and the lime, orange and peppermint were all present and melded well. The peppermint wasn’t overpowering either. The lime was bright and fresh and really elevated the beer. Delicious!
