Superbe goût de cerise avec un côté plus acidulé qu'acide. Notes boisées discrètes quoi que le côté tannique est vraiment là. Belle couleur et carbo. On est assez sans le spectre de la Flander red. Excellente.

Complex and incredibly delicious brew featuring prominent cherry notes supported by woody & vanilla notes thanks to the barrel ageing. Balanced sourness and acidity, low sweetness, and a fairly round mouthfeel are all part of the party. Funky & succulent!
