Finally checking this tick off the bucket list. My first SNR. Funky lambic gueuze flavors mixed with strong Belgian pale ale flavors and my brain doesn’t know what to think. Weird sourdough bread and funky cheese… I think I’m in love.

Thus was light and dry but had a really nice complexity. Has a spicy Belgian character to it that works well with the oak spice & light funk. Touch of stone fruit & green apple notes. Light malt but hides big ABV well. Really does drink easy I’m a big fan
