Sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime juice, wet oak, subtle funk, damp grass. Hazy gold, small, creamy, white head. Light sour. Sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime, wet oak, sharp acidity, wet straw, soft carb, full bod. Very nice, rich, complex, balanced.

8/2021 bottle. Finished an article draft earlier today, a very rough one, but still the first real new writing I’ve done in ages. Moved onto beer exam study already, but I wanted to celebrate. This poured with a dark golden body and a rising white head.
