bottle date: 20/10/2022 For this particular Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from five different barrels and ten different brews. More than 60% of the lambikken used are three years old, rendering the weighted average of this geuze to more than 25 months upon bottling. Of the 3 Fonteinen-lambikken, more than 75% were brewed with cereals from our Cereal Collective.
