A skilfully crafted, well rounded, easy to drink, still medium cider. Made on our Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. An intense heady aroma of fresh crushed apples on the nose, light golden in colour and with a crisp refreshing full fruit flavour with a lingering fruitiness on the palate. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples.
