My first Westvleteren 8 with a label on the bottle. Personally, I like it better when the Monks bottle it without a label. It’s gives a sense of mystical element. Besides that, this is still one of favorite dubbel.

Merci Nicolas W. ! Des souvenirs, j’en avais pas bu depuis des lustres. Plus amère et sèche que dans mon souvenir, avec un profil à fond sur le caramel brûlé. La tenue de mousse est dingue. Savoir faire ++ même si c’est plus trop mon style.
