03/05/2022 | For this particular blend of Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from six different barrels and ten different brews, brewed by three different brewers. We put a large part of lambikken of at least 24 months old (44%) and of at least 36 months old (36%). This way, the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is more than 29 months. Of the lambikken brewed by 3 Fonteinen, more than half of the cereals used was sourced from our own Cereal Collective in and around Pajottenland.
