Brewing this beer was like brewing a stout. Hard. Collaboration with hop wizard Alex at Troon Brewing, NJ, US. Alex focuses on densely hoppy ales and they sell out in hours. For this sufficiently hoppy ale we’ve combined the church water, yeast and European malts – with Alex’s mind and American hops. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
