Philip

A Belgian Strong Dark with six kinds of malt, it has the strong (8.5) and the dark (deep brown - almost black) covered, and tastes great. The Saaz and Challenger hops give it a nice bitter edge. Excellent.

Two yers in the cellar! Darkly roasted malt character! Notes of toffee, brown sugar chocolate undertone ,brown bread! Quite sweet with a slight bitterness at the very back! Smooth,soft,rich,full, fruity! Very drinkable and tasty! Pretty complex! Cheers!
