bottling date: 23/12/2021 For this specific geuze blend of Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended lambikken originating from five different barrels and six different brews. More than 50% of the brew volume contains Pajottenland grown cereals from our Cereal Collective. The weighted average age of the hops is more than 17 years. With about 35% of the blend consisting of oude lambikken, this is quite a jonge geuze. Ideal for a side-by-side tasting with blend 9 of season 21|22.
