For this collaboration with our bffs - JC & Esther at Trillium - we decided to bring out something extra special from our hop fridge. Riwaka hops have a strong not of passion fruit but due to the notoriously low yield of this variety and the high demand it is hard to get hold of. Please enjoy this absolute tribute to this hop.

Rob

Nose is dank, passion fruit, coconut and melon. Smooth, creamy body with notes of coconut yoghurt, melon, tinned peaches with evaporated milk and lime zest. Finish is more coconut yoghurt, floral, kaffir lime leaves.
