Lots of tart cherries, interwoven with subtle earthy undertones and hints of oak. Layers of lemon zest is there along with deep lambic characteristics - funk and complexity that has matured gracefully. Bone dry, well balanced tartness and acidity. Great!

Nu är det endast en svag aning av kolsyra kvar. Fortfarande mycket körsbärssmak och en balanserad syra med lite kärna i eftersmaken. Med lite av bottensatsen blir den lite mer köttig och en aning mer bitter. (BB 11/06/2018)
