A wildly fermented, barrel aged cider, made from untreated and handpicked local apples from high standard trees, blended with some wine we made from Dornfelder grapes harvested at Piri Naturel in Germany. The apples were picked at the idyllic collection orchard of Belgian pomologist and friend Dirk.
