Blackberry mead with vanilla beans. Made with wildflower honey and a portion of caramelized heather honey. Conditioned on vanilla beans from both Uganda and Madagascar. Lending complex notes of caramelized marshmallow fluff between the bright and juicy bursts of blackberries. Their bold acidity is tempered by sweet and sticky wildflower- and heather honey, giving the mead both floral, caramelized and slightly earthy characteristics.
