Nicely sharp brut with distant caramelised brown sugar and a gently woody side, soft tannic undertone. Nice.

Jack

Another bottle from Mum and Dad’s recent visit to France. Like that they managed to get Brut/Dry bottles for me. This one 2/3 sharp 1/3 tannin for my palate. Mid fizz. That apple crumble vibe too. Wonder if a pitched yeast or wild ferment? 🍎🇫🇷
