Mixed fermentation golden sour ale aged in freshly emptied Chardonnay barrels releasing a complex tart refreshing reflection of the wine previously stored in the barrels. 12 months in stainless and 12 months in barrels this is the first release from our wild and barrel aged program. Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado hops for added refreshment. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do.
