A blend of spontaneously fermented beers with Pálava grapes and peaches aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Pálava is aromatic, local grape varietal with a lot of similarities to Gewürztraminer and great acidity on top. There are a plethora of things that inspire me with a vision for the conception of various beers. This particular beer is inspired by the sheer and touching beauty of the namesake opera duet and the environment around us. Have a listen! The interplay of those two delicate and fragrant fruits of the season, local ingredients and fermentation with graceful touch of time helped to create this unique beer.
