Ghost Note is our spelt farmhouse ale and it provides such a unique base beer and experience for the fruits we use. The mouthfeel and texture is extraordinary. This blend with whole Kay Pearl nectarines provides intense fruit even though it's "only" used at a rate of two pounds per gallon. The acidity is lower/medium and makes this blend super drinkable.
