Look at that carb people - this beer is 15+ years in the bottle, that’s incredible. Liquid doesn’t disappoint. Still has that bitter bite of Bigfoot but it’s tamed a bit and the dark fruit & earthy notes come through. Yummy.

Poured beautiful with a full head. Mellow dried dark fruits and raisins on the nose. Super smooth and round taste. Alcohol just rounds everything off. No real heat or burn. Still has the hops too. Amazing for a 16yo bottle. 4.25+
