FLW (and FML). For how long this was in the making the cinnamon is gone and the vanilla… an afterthought. There is apple still there from barrel but the wood isn’t doubt as much as one might expect. Prominent burnt flavor. I may have waited too long…?

Absolute MOTOR OIL! Wowowo. Zero head. Has that dirty diaper note on the nose I sometime get (don’t you judge me). Bitter souring palate, with a hint of olive. There’s a nice dark chocolate note I’m digging. Smooth mouthfeel. Thicc AF. A fun try.

Motor oil thickness while pouring. Pitch black beer. Big barrel on the nose. Discret / almost no cinnamon on the nose and on the palate. Rich apple brandy finale with a sligh presence of vanilla. Very complex brew !
