Liquid Swords consists of the first runnings(no sparge) of 3 back to back mashes, a 2 hour boil, 10 months in 4 carefully selected freshly emptied bourbon barrels and a gentle reconditioning in the bottle to let the full character of the barrels sing in this dry imperial stout.
