Ever since we first brewed Anagram, our collaboration with Dugges, we wanted to take a go at turning the idea of a cheesecake inspired, soft and almost fluffy sour beer full of our favorite fruits into reality. We first did a small batch keg version for the opening of our bar in Gothenburg, now a few years later it is back and this time in a 33 cl bottle.
