Not sure this was worth the ride. Thin & kind of watery though not the worst for the style. Roasty & nutty with decent barrel presence. Surprisingly it has retained a fine carbonation. It evens out to a very drinkable oatmeal stout with notable bourbon.

You can smell the barrel with hints of vanilla. The sip coats your mouth with vanilla, chocolate, dried fruits and a light oak finish.. This beer has aged well.
