Altbier is the latest in our Time-Lapse session series for Autumn. A style that originates in Dusseldorf with a dark amber colour and a medium to assertive bitterness balanced out with a malty body. This beer is a dedication to our cancelled visit in April 2020 to Dusseldorf to drink in and experience Altbier and it's origins. We hope we did the style proud. Enjoy!

This is a superb altbier (my first time trying this style that originated in Dusseldorf) that's malty, caramel, nutty, fairly bitter, a light plum sweetness.
