Warm hay, rich apple, white flowers and my gran's pastitsia (Cypriot almond cookie) on the nose.  Rich, slightly sour and incredibly fruity in the mouth.  Soft, astringent finish. Deep and unctuous. Yarlington Mill at its finest.
