A wildly fermented, barrel aged cider (made from untreated and handpicked local apples from high standard trees, fermented on the skins of Sauvignac, Riesling and Pinot Gris), blended with a beer and wine made from our homegrown Sauvignac grapes. This blend consists of 70% cider, 20% beer and 10% wine. Bottled April 2021.
