The weighted average age of this blend upon its release will easily be well over three years. The oldest lambik was brewed on the first day of April 2017. We finished this blend with some local honey. NL | 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is een assemblage van traditionele lambikken van één, twee en drie jaar oud, vergist op fles. Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. FR | 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze est un assemblage de lambikken traditionnels d’un, deux et trois ans d’âge, fermenté en bouteille. Non-filtré et non-pasteurisé.
