Sweet, sharp fruitiness in the beginning which turns into tart raspberries, cherry pits and a note of red wine. Tartness balances sweetness nicely. Some tannins and raw honey. Alcohol nicely hidden. Excellent.

Absolutely delicious mead with very rich and thick mouthfeel. Notes include raspberry, cherry, honey and slight red wine. Sugary but not too much so. Beautiful nectar.
