Bottled on 2013/05/29, cellared consistently since then. A bit cloudy, even when decanted. Once it warmed up, it was still delicious. Candi sugar, toffee, raisins, dates, figs, yet not heavy or syrupy. Just enough alcohol. Mmm, mmm, good.
