Matt

This gas some age on it but still had pretty good banana flavor in nose and in sip. Mild vanilla but not getting much graham cracker. Mildly sweet barrel had solid bourbon flavor w light boozy edge. Some oak spice added depth. Overall solid adjunct stout.

I smelled this beer from 2 meters away. This is my grandma's banana pudding in liquid form. All flavors are evident, and it's almost perfectly balanced. Perhaps 10% less banana and it would be even better. Still incredible. I was spoiled tonight
