Let it sit a few months and the hops really mellowed. Much different flavor profile than when it was fresh. Some faint vanilla mixed in with the hops. Really delicious.

I like the tasting notes on the can. Not getting pink lemonade, not sure what Pleasant Dank is and pretty sure there is no such thing as Blue Raspberries. I do get a lot of pineapple and cherry though. It’s very aromatic with a mild mouthfeel. It’s nice.

Sharp, with notes and tangy peaches and zesty citrus. Thinner than I remember but bursting with lasting flavors, including notes of berry, lime, and black pepper in the back of the throat. Hope it’s not another 4 years in between batches. Had 2/13/25
