12 months total fermentation time with our house blend of Bretts, lacto and saison strains with near 50% wheat we aimed to replicate an authentic Berliner Weisse with the added addition of a 3 month re-fermentation on 100kg of peaches. Zesty, tart, peachy and refreshing.

This is a great 4.6% abv Berliner Weisse that was aged on peaches. It's very tart, prominent peach, funky, light cheese, a bit salty.
