Grapes of Moravia is a scarlet local beauty, which can trace its roots back to Bordeaux. Combining the character of Cabernet Franc and Zweigeltrebe, Cabernet Moravia grapes shine with their low acidity and redcurrant notes. First harvested in 1975 not far from our brewery, we could hardly find a more local ingredient for our wild ale.
