This is my quest for a dream beer that straddles the line between two worlds – traditional Czech lagers and rustically charming beers of the past. My vision for a lager beer with a rustic yet elegant character and a sense of place. It was brewed with only organic local ingredients and 30% organic spelt. It was then lagered to perfection for 20 weeks in oak barrels of white Burgundy and tawny Port provenance. This blended lager beer is ready for you to enjoy here and now. Ingredients: water, organic barley malt, organic spelt, organic hops, yeast.
