This is my quest for a dream beer that straddles the line between two worlds – traditional Czech lagers and rustically charming beers of the past. My vision for a lager beer with a rustic yet elegant character and a sense of place. It was brewed with only organic local ingredients and 30% organic spelt. It was lagered to perfection for 16 weeks and is ready for you to enjoy here and now. Ingredients: water, organic barley malt, organic spelt, organic hops, yeast.
