Assemblage de bière crue acide avec macération de 3 semaines sur du marc de grenade, et de saisons, le tout élevé en barriques de vin entre 4 et 6 mois Blend of sour raw ale with 3 weeks of skin contact on pomegranate pomace and with saisons beers. All of them were aged in wine barrels between 4 and 6 months.
