Bronze colour, light carbonation and clear. Fresh ripe apple aroma and a little caramel. Flavour has a little wood and smoke with very light funk. Light and refreshing.

As the name suggests - drink slow and take it easy! Nice sourness coming through. Good level of apples and acidity. Colour suggests a popular cider brand but adds more tannins and more depth. Nice carbonation. Quaffable and sessionable.
